I read these stories to a group of 9 boys between the ages of 8-12. While they loved them and looked forward to bedtime every night I felt like some of the stories were a little incomplete. Some ended very abruptly like someone just slapped a happily ever after half way through the story and called it a day. It was also full of spelling typos. Aside from those two flaws I liked that the book was a mix of both well know stories as well as some lesser known gems. Good book for its price point.Tags : 5 Minute Bedtime Stories for Children Vol.2 (Classic Fairy Tales & Bedtime Stories Collections for kids ages 6-12) - Kindle edition by Beatrice Wood. 5 Minute Bedtime Stories for Children Vol2 Classic Fairy Tales Bedtime Stories Collections for kids ages 612 edition by Beatrice Wood Children eBooks Reviews
I am a preschool teacher and I downloaded the version of this book for free to read to my children at nap time. I have questions about the proofreading and editing of this book, as it is riddled with punctuation and capitalization errors.
Example Both the father and the son were overjoyed and they said “look!, look!, the thunderstorm has brought us beautiful gifts.”
There were other very basic errors that were not caught, like 'her' when it should have been 'him'. Correct punctuation, spelling, grammar and word usage should matter, especially in published work.

My grand daughter enjoyed these stories
Cute book. Perfect length for tucking a little one in. Some spelling mistakes. And sometimes the sentences repeat. But overall good book.
bought this for someone and it plays very easy and is not a very good product
Great book - was looking for short stores to deliver at a Toastmasters meeting. These worked well.
Easy read. Old stories very classic. My third grader ready easily. Short and sweet stories when need quick read before bed
Glad to see some of the old tales. Important not to lose the stories that helped teach us to see wrong from right, kind from cruel.
